The above is the personal project number 2 for the class of Data Visualization. This project had its ups and down and the problem for collecting data was to import the data from the devise and in this case it was a fitbit but once this was figured out everything else was much easier. It also took considerable time in cleaning up the data as I wanted to just focus on one month and one month only, and that month was my most intensive in workout. There were a lot of tables that did not make sense like cadence, and it was probably hard to understand for other people as well so I chose not to use them. I used the tables and terms that were mostly familiar to people so that they can draw their own conclusions when looking at these tables.

The reason I chose the workout data are two fold. I was in much better shape 5-6 years ago and I wanted to re achieve that feeling and confidence in my body and secondly pandemic turbocharged interest in workouts and especially workouts that does not have to deal with close proximity to other people. All of these workouts that are here do not have to deal with people as they are mostly solo workouts which would fit the theme of a pandemic workout. I also wanted to show the people of which types of workout are actually more efficient per min or per intensity values, because some people do have time or some people do not want to engage with more intensive workouts and some of them can be really intensive. I will let the tables speak for themselves.
